Keller Group plc advises that Mrs G Atkinson, has today
transferred 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company by way of a
gift to her spouse, Mr J Atkinson, a main board director.

Mr Atkinson continues to hold a beneficial interest in 24,134
ordinary shares in the Company.
