Keller Group plc ('the Company')
Keller Group plc announces that Justin Atkinson, a director of the Company has
today exercised an option over 6,100 ordinary shares in the Company and has
transferred 3,050 ordinary shares to his spouse, Mrs Gillian Atkinson, for nil
consideration. Mr Justin and Mrs Gillian Atkinson have each sold 3,050
ordinary shares in the Company at 358p per share.
As a result of these transactions, Mr Atkinson still has a beneficial interest
in 28,315 of the Company's ordinary shares and 5,923 ordinary shares held by
Trustees of the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme. The number of ordinary
shares over which Mr Atkinson has an option under the Company's share option
schemes has reduced to 83,700.
