Keller Group plc announces that Mr Thomas Dobson, Chief Executive has today
exercised his option to subscribe for 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
102p per share and has subsequently sold 80,000 ordinary shares at 280p per
share.



As a result, Mr Dobson continues to hold 929,031 ordinary shares in the
Company.
