Keller Group has been advised that Terratest Tecnicas Especiales SA 
('Terratest') has today purchased 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 
a price of 245p per share.   Terratest is a connected person of Mr Pedro 
Lopez Jimenez, a non-executive director of the Company.

Following this purchase, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the
Company is 3,219,000 representing 4.95% of the Company's issued share capital.
