Keller Group plc announces the following directors' transactions:



On 10 March 2003 the Trustees of the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme ('
the Scheme') transferred 4,293 ordinary shares to Mr Justin Atkinson; 9,460
ordinary shares to Mr Tom Dobson; and 13,711 ordinary shares to Mr Robert
Rubright.   The Scheme was closed in June 2000 and no further awards will be
made under the Scheme.
