Keller Group plc was advised on 27 September 2004 that Terratest Tecnicas
Especiales SA ('Terratest') purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
a price of 262p per share on 27 September 2004. Terratest is a connected person
of Mr Pedro Lopez Jimenez, a non-executive director of the Company.

Following this purchase, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the
Company is 6,311,985 representing 9.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
