       KELLER APPOINTS NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Keller  Group  plc  ('Keller'), the  global  construction
services  group, is delighted to announce the appointment
of  Mr  Pedro Lopez Jimenez as a Non-Executive  Director,
with immediate effect.

Mr  Lopez  Jimenez, aged 60, is currently a Non-Executive
Director  of one of Spain's largest construction  groups,
ACS Actividades de Construccion y Servicios S.A.   He  is
also   Chairman  of  Terratest  Tecnicas  Especiales   SA
('Terratest'), the Spanish ground engineering  specialist
with  whom  Keller formed a joint venture last  December.
Mr  Lopez Jimenez, who is also a director of a number  of
non-quoted Spanish businesses, was Secretary of State for
Public   Works  and  Urban  Development  in  the  Spanish
Government between 1977 and 1979.

The appointment of Mr Lopez Jimenez, who brings extensive
first-hand knowledge of the construction sector in Europe
and  South America, further strengthens the Keller  board
and reflects the Group's international profile.

Through  his association with Terratest, Mr Lopez Jimenez
is  deemed  to  be interested in 4.8% of Keller's  issued
share capital.
