                              Board Appointments

Keller Group plc ('Keller'), the global construction services company, is
delighted to announce the promotion of its finance director to a key new role
together with the appointment of two new executive directors to its board.

After twelve years with the Group, including three and a half years as finance
director, Justin Atkinson, 42, has been appointed chief operating officer with
immediate effect.  A search for a new finance director is already underway.

Justin joined the Group as finance manager in 1990, becoming group financial
controller in 1995, before being appointed finance director in 1999. He
graduated from Glasgow University in 1981, qualified as a chartered accountant
with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1984 and spent three years with Reuters before
joining Keller.

Building on their appointments to senior management positions announced at the
time of the interim results in August 2002, when we refocused the Group around
two distinct profit streams, Foundation Services and Specialist Services, Bob
Rubright, 51, and Rob Ewen 43, respectively managing directors of these two
businesses, join the board.

Bob Rubright was appointed to the new position of managing director, Foundation
Services in June 2002 having been president of our North American Foundations
operations since 1995.  He joined the Group as a result of the acquisition of
Hayward Baker in 1984.

Rob Ewen was also appointed to the new position of managing director, Specialist
Services in June 2002. He joined the Group in May 2002 from Thales Group, where
he was managing director of CityLink Telecommunications, PFI contractors for the
installation of a new communications system for the London Underground network.
Prior to that appointment, Rob gained extensive experience within the Tarmac
Group (now Carillion) and Jarvis.

Tom Dobson, chief executive of Keller, commenting on the appointments, said:

'In the last two years, we have increased Group turnover to £511m from £313m,
due to a combination of organic growth and value enhancing acquisitions,
resulting in strong profit growth and cash flow.'

'Managing our continued global leadership in Foundation Services whilst leading
the next stage of development of our Specialist Services businesses, which now
account for 29% of our turnover, will require dedicated leadership. The
promotion of these three extremely capable individuals therefore combines
continuity with a fresh perspective whilst reinforcing our management 
structure.'
