Investment Management Limited holds an interest in 9,521,302
ordinary shares in the company.  These shares are held in
portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients under
investment management agreements.

on a discretionary basis a further 1,200,000 ordinary shares
and Schroder Hermes manages on a passive (index tracker) basis
a further 74,231 shares.  These shares are all registered in
the name of Chase Nominees Limited.

Schroder Investment Management Limited and its subsidiary and
affiliated companies therefore hold an overall aggregate of
10,795,533 ordinary shares in the company representing 18.355%
of its issued ordinary share capital.
