                       Keller Group plc ('the Company')

Keller Group plc has been advised today by M&G Investment Management Ltd that
Scottish Amicable Life plc no longer hold a notifiable interest in the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.

M&G Investment Management Limited also advised that Prudential plc and certain
of its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest in 3,207,333 ordinary
shares in the company, this representing 5.64% of its issued ordinary share
capital.
