Keller Group plc has today been advised that Standard Life Investments has
purchased 150,000 ordinary shares on behalf of Standard Life Group on 4
December 2001, increasing their holding to 2,969,306 ordinary shares in the
Company this representing 5.224% of its issued ordinary share capital.
