Keller Group PLC 12 March 2004 For immediate release Friday, 12 March 2004 Keller Group plc €12m (£8.2m) Dubai Palm Island Contract Win Keller Group plc ('Keller'), the international specialist ground engineering group, has been awarded a contract valued at €12m (£8.2m) for ground improvement work at the Palm Island development in Dubai. The Palm Island development is a prestigious development of hotels, shops and luxury homes being built on a reclaimed island off the coast of Dubai. Keller's work, which has already commenced, is to densify the sand to improve the stability of the island and to support utilities and structures. The contract is due for completion before the end of 2004. The contract is likely to be one of the Group's largest single contracts in 2004, and is included in Keller's current order book, which represents over four months' sales (as stated in the Group's preliminary results announced today).
