AGM Results


At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 25 June 2004, each of the
resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 11 March 2004 was passed on a
show of hands.

Copies of the resolutions dealing with special business at the Annual General
Meeting have been sent to the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility
at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS and will shortly be
available for inspection.

Details of the proxy votes lodged in respect of each resolution are shown on the
