                   Result of Extraordinary General Meeting



The Board of Keller is pleased to announce that at an Extraordinary General
Meeting of the Company held at 10.00am today, a resolution approving the
acquisition of Suncoast Post-Tension, Inc. ('Suncoast') was duly passed by
shareholders.


Completion of the acquisition of Suncoast is anticipated to occur on or around
1 October 2001.
