('THE COMPANY')
The Company announces that today, 21st September 2000, Mr M Young, a director,
under the rules of the Executive Share Scheme, was granted options over 150,000
shares in the Company at a price of 76.5p being the mid market price at the
close of business on 20th of September 2000.
