Executive Share Option Scheme have today been issued to the following directors
at a price of 87.5p per ordinary share, being the mid market price on 7th August
2000:

                        P. Crevoisier            100,000 shares
                        A. J. Formela             50,000 shares
                        M. J. Lapham              26,000 shares
