                             Appointment of  Director



The Directors of the Company are pleased to announcement of Mr Terry Fuller, as
a non-executive director, to the Board of Kenetics with immediate effect.

Since 2001 Mr Fuller's experience has been the assistance in the provision of
suitable persons to act as chairmen and directors of companies either on the
Official List of the UKLA or on AIM.  He has been involved also in a number of
corporate finance transactions relating to either fundings or flotations.

From 1988 until 1999 Mr Fuller was a director and from 1999 to 2001 was the
managing director and a 25 per cent shareholder in Kidsons Impey Search and
Selection ('Kidsons').  Kidsons is now part of Baker Tilly UK LLP.

Commenting on the appointment, the CEO of Kenetics, Mr Ken Wong, said: ' We are
very pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Fuller as a non- executive
director.  Terry considerable experience in the financial markets will bring
invaluable assistance to the Company's development as a public company'.

In July 2001, under a shareholders' agreement the business of Kidsons was
formally closed.  There were no outstanding liabilities. In 1982, the business
of New Technology Press Limited was wound-up.  There were no out standing
liabilities.

No further information falls to be disclosed under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM
Rules.
