                       Results of Annual General Meeting

The  Directors of the Company announce that  each of the resolutions proposed at
the  Annual  General  Meeting  of  the  Company held today, Thursday 20 May were
passed.  The full text  of each resolution  was set out  in the Notice of Annual
General Meeting that Kenmare circulated to the Shareholders in April, 2010.
