Notice of its Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year ended 31 December,
2010 and advises that the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting are

General Meeting will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, 1 June, 2011 at The
Shelbourne Hotel, St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, Ireland.

The Annual Report is also available to view directly via the Regulatory News

A copy of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting has been
