Filing of Circular in connection with Reclassification of Irish Listing of Ordinary Shares

Further to the announcement issued by Kenmare Resources plc ("Kenmare" or "the Company") earlier today in relation to the proposed reclassification of the listing of the Company's shares in Ireland, Kenmare advises that a copy of the related circular ("Circular") which is being sent, for information purposes only, to shareholders in Kenmare today, has been submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the following locations:
