Authority the Company advises that Mr. Ian Egan, a Non-Executive Director of
Kenmare, was  appointed as a Director of Galane Gold Limited on the 30 August
2011. Galane Gold Limited, a gold production and exploration company, owning the
Mupane gold mine in Botswana, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange's Venture
Exchange in Canada on Tuesday the 6 September 2011.
