Listing Authority, the Company advises that Mr. Ian Egan, a
Non-Executive Director of Kenmare, has been appointed to the board of
CityView Corporation Limited as a Non-Executive Director.
 
CityView Corporation Limited is a junior exploration company listed
on the Australian, USA and Frankfurt stock exchanges. CityView are
largely involved in oil and mineral exploration in countries on the
west coast of Africa.
