Board Update

Kenmare announces the following change to its management structure, effective as of the date of this announcement.  Japie Deysel has decided to step down as a director of the Company and will focus on his continuing role as Chief Operating Officer of the expanded Moma Mine.

Justin Loasby, Chairman said: "Kenmare's directors respect Japie's decision, are grateful for his contribution to the board and look forward to continuing to work with him as Chief Operating Officer."

Japie Deysel said: "I look forward to continuing to lead the Kenmare team in operating the Moma Mine and making the expanded facilities deliver."
