Re: Notification of Interest

Kenmare has received notification from Mr. Kenneth Judge that he has today
transferred warrants over 300,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value IR5p each
in the capital of the Company, exercisable at Stg 9p, for nil consideration.
These warrants were registered in the name of Hamilton Capital Partners
Limited, a company in which Mr. Judge has a beneficial interest.

Following this transaction the number of warrants remaining so registered and
in which Mr. Judge is beneficially interested in 4,983,800. The number of
Ordinary Shares in which Mr. Judge is interested remains unchanged.
