             Production recommences at Moma Titanium Minerals Mine


Kenmare Resources plc. is pleased to report that production has recommenced at
its Moma Titanium Minerals Mine in Mozambique following a temporary suspension
due to unofficial industrial action. After agreeing that certain key issues can
only be resolved by detailed discussions, all employees have now returned to
work. Negotiations are ongoing, with no further industrial action foreseen.

The Company will continue to keep the market informed of developments.
