                        Result of Annual General Meeting

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that each of the resolutions
proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, 6 June,
2003 were passed. The full text of each resolution was set out in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting of Kenmare circulated to the Shareholders on 9 May, 2003.
