Further Details on the Joint Investor Event

Keras Resources plc, the AIM listed mineral resource company, is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a joint investor event with ASX listed Calidus Resources Ltd ('Calidus') on 6 November 2019. The event will be held from 6.00 p.m. in the Conservatory Room at The Vintry, Off Abchurch Yard, Abchurch Lane, London EC4N 5AX. 

The CEOs of both Keras and Calidus will be in attendance.  Shareholders can expect both CEOs to give short presentations, which will be followed by an informal question and answer session.
