RE:       Kerry Group plc - Board Change
       

The Articles of Association of Kerry Group plc stipulate that any Director,
who being a Director of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited, resigns or
otherwise vacates his seat on the Board of Kerry Co-operative Creameries
Limited, shall cease to be a Director of Kerry Group plc.

As Mr. Diarmuid O'Connell has now vacated his Board position in Kerry
Co-operative Creameries Limited he accordingly ceases to be a Director of
Kerry Group plc with effect from today's date.
