A listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the Irish Stock Exchange for a total of 29,038 A Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.125 each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading. These shares have been allotted following the vesting of equity awards and exercise of share options under the Kerry Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.

Admission is expected to take place on 8 March 2013.
