The Company announces that Mr Thomas McEnery has retired from the Board of Kerry
Group.  Mr McEnery was replaced on the Board by Mr Denis Carroll who was
co-opted on 12 January 2005 as a Director of the Company.  Mr Carroll is a
Director of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited.
