The Company announces that Mr Noel Greene retired from the Board and was replaced as non-executive Director of the Company by Mr Sean Bugler on the 13 December 2012. Mr Bugler operates his own business in the agriculture sector and is a Director of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Ltd.
