Directorate Changes

As agreed in 2011 with the Company's largest shareholder Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited (KCC), the number of candidates nominated by KCC for appointment to the Board of Kerry Group reduces from seven to four with effect from 1 January 2014.

Accordingly, the Company announces that Kieran Breen, Denis Carroll, Patrick Flahive, Gerard O'Hanlon, Michael Teahan and Denis Wallis retire from the Board on 31 December 2013.

On 13 December the Board co-opted Michael Ahern, James Devane and John Joseph O'Connor, who are Directors of KCC, to the Board of Kerry Group plc with effect from 1 January 2014.
