Change of name

Keystone Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it has changed its name to Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc. The change of name became effective on 10 March 2021.

Since assuming management of the Company's portfolio, Baillie Gifford have substantially completed the reorganisation of the Company's portfolio  in accordance with the Company's new objective to generate long term capital growth and contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive world by investing in public and private companies whose products and services make a positive social or environmental impact. The ISIN and SEDOL numbers of the Company will remain unchanged. The Company's trading instrument display mnemonic was changed from KIT to KPC and became effective on 11 February 2021.

The Company's shares are expected to trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 15 March 2021.

Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid.  Any new share certificates issued will bear the name Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc.
