Keystone Investment Trust PLC capital consists of 67,593,995 ordinary shares. Keystone Investment Trust PLC holds 6,683,656 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Keystone Investment Trust PLC is 60,910,339 as at 31 January 2024.

The above figure (60,910,339) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Keystone Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
