Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc ('the Company')'s capital consists of 67,593,995 ordinary shares. The Company holds 7,950,877 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 5,964,311 as at 30 June 2024 (representing 59,643,118 ordinary shares, carrying one vote for every ten ordinary shares).
The above figure (5,964,311) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
