Keywords Studios, the global provider of creative and technology-enabled solutions to the video games and entertainment industries, today announces the issuance of 92,398 new ordinary shares to the vendors of Hardsuit Labs, Inc. ("Hardsuit") in respect of the share element of contingent consideration due based on the performance of Hardsuit in the first-year post completion.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of these new ordinary shares to trading on AIM.  Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8:00am on 19 August 2024.  

The Company's total issued share capital following admission will consist of 80,448,091 ordinary shares of one pence each with one voting right per share.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company following admission.
