Block Admission
The Company announces that an application has been made for a block admission to trading on AIM in respect of 1,100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of the Company (the "Block Admission"). It is expected that admission of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective on 13th November 2019.
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to exercises of options under the Company's employee share schemes, as follows:
· 800,000 shares in respect of the Long Term Incentive Plan; and
· 300,000 shares in respect of the Share Option Plan.
When issued, the New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
The Block Admission is considered adequate for anticipated exercises of options under the Incentive Schemes for the foreseeable future.
The Company's issued share capital will not change as a result of the Block Admission.
