Chief Financial Officer Appointment Update

Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, today provides an update following the Group's 17 June 2019 announcement of the appointment of Jon Hauck as Chief Financial Officer. 

Jon takes up his role and board position with immediate effect today, 14 October 2019. David Broderick will be available to the business until the end of November to ensure an effective handover and transition of the role.

Other than the previous directorships listed below, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies, in relation to Jon Hauck's appointment to the board.
