Keywords Studios plc, the international technical services provider to the global video games industry, hereby notifies the market that, on 21 December 2018, Georges Fornay, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 2,000 shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 980.0 pence per share.  This purchase results in Georges Fornay being interested in a total of 5,142 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.008% of the 63,787,753  ordinary shares in the Company currently in issue.
