Extension of EBT Market Purchases to €15 million

Keywords Studios is pleased to announce that Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited ("Apex"), as the trustee of the Keywords Studios Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), will extend their market purchase programme ("EBT Purchase Programme") previously announced in the Company's full year results in March 2023 to a total of €15 million.

Apex intends to undertake a further EBT Purchase Programme of up to €10 million (including all transaction costs) during H2 2023, with purchases commencing on or about 3 July 2023. Apex completed the purchase of the initial tranche of €5 million of ordinary shares on 31 May 2023, purchasing a total of 182,371 ordinary shares for the EBT.

All of the ordinary shares purchased will be used to satisfy future exercises or transfers of LTIPs, stock options or RSUs pursuant to the relevant share plan.
