Issue of Shares
Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, today announces the issuance of 69,130 new ordinary shares to the vendors of High Voltage Software, Inc. ("High Voltage") in respect of the share element of the consideration due based on the performance of High Voltage since completion.
Since the acquisition, the shares to be issued relating to High Voltage have been fully represented in the reported earnings per share numbers through the basic and diluted weighted average denominators used.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of these 69,130 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8:00am on 24 December 2021. The Company's total issued share capital following admission will consist of 76,279,253 ordinary shares of one pence each with one voting right per share. The figure of 76,279,253 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company following admission.
