Keywords Studios, the global provider of creative and technology-enabled solutions to the video games and entertainment industries, today announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, together with the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 24 May 2024 ("AGM").

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, together with the notice of the AGM, are now available on the Group's website www.keywordsstudios.com and will be posted to shareholders.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
