All Employee Share Ownership Plan acquired ordinary shares at a price of £12.50
per share for the beneficial ownership of the following directors and persons
discharging managerial responsibility:

Miss D E Mattar:             10 shares
Mr R W Side:                 10 shares

Mr M D Barton: (PDMR)        10 shares
Mr P J Staniland: (PDMR)     10 shares

Following these transactions their holdings were:
