Employee Share Ownership Plan acquired ordinary shares at a price of £16.5425
per share for the beneficial ownership of the following directors and persons
discharging managerial responsibility:

Miss D E Mattar:          7 shares
Mr R W Side:              8 shares

Mr M D Barton: (PDMR)     7 shares
Mr P J Staniland: (PDMR)  7 shares

Following these transactions their holdings were:
