Kier Group plc - Awards under Long Term Incentive Plan
Today (17 October 2007) Kier Group plc were advised that on
16 October 2007 the Trustee of the Kier Group 1999 Employee Benefit Trust made
conditional awards to directors/PDMRs of the Company under the Kier Group 1999
Long Term Incentive Plan, of contingent rights to receive the following maximum
number of ordinary shares in Kier Group plc, subject to the Rules of the Plan,
based on a closing mid-market price of 1984p per share:
Mr J Dodds: 22,681 shares
Mr I M Lawson: 10,711 shares
Miss D E Mattar: 12,853 shares
Mr M O'Farrell: 10,711 shares
Mr M P Sheffield: 10,711 shares
Mr R W Side: 12,853 shares
Mr R W Simkin: 11,996 shares
Mr M D Barton: 3,402 shares (PDMR)
Mr P J Staniland: 3,402 shares (PDMR)
