Employee Share Ownership Plan acquired ordinary shares at a price of £13.60 per
share for the beneficial ownership of the following directors and persons
discharging managerial responsibility:

Mr I M Lawson:            10 shares
Miss D E Mattar:          10 shares
Mr R W Side:               9 shares
Mr M D Barton: (PDMR)      9 shares
Mr P J Staniland: (PDMR)  10 shares

Following these transactions their holdings were:
