As at the date of this announcement, Clare Veritiero owns 10,438 shares in the capital of the Company (or 0.01 % of the issued share capital). 

The total interest in the share capital of the Company owned by Claudio Veritiero, when aggregated with those interests of his connected person (Clare Veritiero), is 19,870 shares (or 0.02 % of the issued capital of the Company).
