Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 19 March 2020, it was informed that, also on 19 March 2020, Simon Kesterton, a person discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with him, purchased in aggregate 29,195 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 84.7 pence   per Share.
