acquired ordinary shares at a price of £14.80 per share for the beneficial
ownership of the following directors and persons discharging managerial
responsibility:

Miss D E Mattar:             8 shares
Mr R W Side:                 9 shares

Mr M D Barton: (PDMR)        8 shares
Mr P J Staniland: (PDMR)     8 shares

Following these transactions their holdings were:
