KIER GROUP PLC 2006 SHARESAVE SCHEME
Kier Group plc was advised today (31-May-2007) that on 25th May 2007 under the
terms of the Kier Group plc 2006 Sharesave Scheme, the following directors/
persons discharging managerial responsibility were granted options to buy
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £25 per share. The savings period
in all cases is three years and the options will normally be exercisable for a
period of six months from 1st July 2010.
